The Board approved the issue of a Final Decision cancelling the Draft Decision for the Review of Mobile Termination Rates in light of the fact that the notice was published with a response period less than the statutory period that should have been provided. The Board noted that during the period since the publication of the Draft Decision new evidence has been presented. Therefore prior to seeking the Board's approval to issue a new Draft Decision a review will be undertaken which may include issuing formal information requests to operators.
