Putting in place regulations for block exemptions is the responsibility of the Commerce & Employment department in Guernsey and Jersey's Economic Development department. On 30 July CICRA wrote to the Ministers concerned recommending a number of specific block exemptions which should be put in place. The issue is now under consideration by the Ministers and their departments. CICRA will continue to offer support and provide any advice or assistance with this process that may be requested by the departments.
