The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority is responsible for regulating the telecoms sector in Guernsey as well as encouraging competition.
We achieve this by encouraging best practice in the telecoms sector, while giving new operators access to the existing network within realistic timescales and at realistic costs.
We licence operators to provide services. Operators may also require spectrum licences, currently issued by Ofcom.
