Harriet Payne

Office Manager

Harriet is the GCRA’s Office Manager and joined the Authority in October 2022. She is an experienced Project Manager and team leader, having previously worked in this area for a number of organisations, including seven years with British Gas in the UK. Harriet has extensive experience in heading a diverse range of business projects to drive improvements in processes and efficiencies, including in sales process management, customer strategy management and business improvement analysis.

Harriet gained a BSc in Economics from the University of York. She holds a Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and an Accreditation in International Continuous Improvement Methodology from the University of Cardiff.
